La Bonga

On April 5, 2001, two hooded men entered the village of La Bonga and accused the community of sympathizing with the FARC. They were given 48 hours to leave or be expelled by force. The 150 families fled that same day.

Twenty years later, hundreds of people embark on a symbolic journey through the jungles of the Colombian Caribbean to resurrect a village that exists only in memory.
